Every session is in person, on your computers, using your organization's own documents. No webinars. No software to purchase. No generic examples built for someone else.
Full-Day Training
A full day covering large language models: what they are, how to prompt them effectively, and how to apply them to the work your organization does every day. Participants leave able to draft correspondence, summarize documents, prepare reports, and manage routine communications.
Training focuses on the platform that fits your work. Steve is fluent across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other major tools. If you already use a platform, training starts there. If not, Steve helps you identify the right fit before the first session.
One-on-one training is the preferred format for maximum depth and personalization. Group sessions are available for up to five participants.
Full-Day Training
A full day building on the basics with more sophisticated workflows, automation, and platform-specific capabilities. Participants move beyond single-task prompting to multi-step workflows, document analysis across large files, structured outputs, and integration with tools they already use.
Builds deeper capability in the platform from Basic Training, with additional work in NotebookLM and AI image tools. Prerequisite: Basic AI Training or equivalent working knowledge of at least one major AI platform.

Ongoing Support
Targeted work on a specific tool, an ongoing workflow question, or follow-up support after formal training. Organizations ready to move beyond individual training and build an AI-first culture can discuss longer-term advisory arrangements, including internal AI committees, governance frameworks, and custom prompt libraries built around your organization's actual work.
This is also the right option if you want to work through a specific challenge before committing to a full training day, or if you need help evaluating which AI tools are the right fit for your budget and use case.
Travel & Logistics
Steve travels to your location. Sessions take place on-site at your organization, in your offices, on your equipment. There are no venue costs, no room rentals, and no logistics for you to manage beyond having a room with enough seats and a reliable internet connection.
Travel within the region is billed at the current IRS mileage rate for engagements more than 30 miles from Winona. Overnight travel includes meals and lodging at cost. Contact Steve to discuss specifics for your location.
